PURPOSE OF THIS AGREEMENT

Welcome to Property Lifestyle Network Limited. This Agreement outlines your rights and obligations as a user of Property Lifestyle Network Limited. By clicking “I Agree,” you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE & SALE CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING, USING, SUBSCRIBING, OR PLACING AN ORDER ON PROPERTY LIFESTYLE NETWORK LIMITED . THESE TERMS INCLUDE DISCLAIMERS OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITIES (see Sections 11, 17, and 18). THEY FORM THE BASIS OF OUR AGREEMENT. The use of www.propertylifestylenetwork.co.uk (“Website”), owned and maintained by Property Lifestyle Network (“we,” “our,” “us”), is governed by these terms and conditions. We offer the Website and all information, tools, and services available from it to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms and conditions stated here. By accessing, using, subscribing, or placing an order on the Website or through our sales team, you and your business agree to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms in their entirety, you are not authorized to use the Website or our hosted products on Skool.com.

THIS IS A BINDING AGREEMENT. THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE & SALE (“TERMS”), TOGETHER WITH OUR PRIVACY POLICY, FORM A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT (“AGREEMENT”) BETWEEN YOU AND PROOPERTY LIFESTYLE NETWORK LIMITED. THIS AGREEMENT GOVERNS YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE WEBSITE AND THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY PROPERTY LIFESTYLE NETWORK LIMITED, ANY ORDER YOU PLACE THROUGH THE WEBSITE, BY TELEPHONE, OR OTHER ACCEPTED METHOD OF PURCHASE, AND YOUR USE OR ATTEMPTED USE OF THE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES OFFERED ON OR AVAILABLE THROUGH THE WEBSITE.

THIS AGREEMENT CONTAINS ARBITRATION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER PROVISIONS THAT WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A COURT HEARING, JURY TRIAL, AND PARTICIPATION IN A CLASS ACTION. ARBITRATION IS MANDATORY AND THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY AND ALL DISPUTES UNLESS SPECIFIED IN SECTION 18.

Property lifestyle Network Limited reserves the right to update and change these Terms and all documents incorporated by reference by posting updates and/or changes to our Website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. The most recent version of these Terms can be found at https://www.propertylifestylenetwork.co.uk/terms_of_buisness. Use of the Website after such changes constitutes acceptance of the changes. Any new features or tools added to the Website will also be subject to the Terms.

SECTION 1 – WEBSITE USE

The Website is intended for businesses operated by adults. By using the Website, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your state or province of residence (whichever is greater), operate a business, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract with us, and have read and agree to these Terms.

SECTION 2 – WEBSITE USER CONDUCT AND RESTRICTIONS-LICENSE TERMS

All aspects of our Website are protected by UK, and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. No material on the Website may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, uploaded, displayed, posted, or transmitted in any way. The Property Lifestyle Network logo is proprietary to Property Lifestyle Network Limited, and its use is strictly prohibited without permission.

Subject to your strict compliance with all Terms, Property Lifestyle Network grants you a revocable, limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, non-sublicensable, non-transferable license to use the Website. You do not acquire any ownership rights in any material protected by intellectual property laws.

If you purchase a subscription to Property Lifestyle Network Limited software via the Website, you are granted a revocable, limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable license to use the software. You agree that: (1) the software is copyrighted material owned by Property Lifestyle Network Limited; (2) you do not acquire any ownership rights in the software; (3) you may not modify, publish, transmit, or create derivative works from the software content; (4) you may not copy, redistribute, publish, display, or commercially exploit any material from the software without express written permission from Property Lifestyle Network Limited; and (5) no changes in or deletion of author attribution, trademark, legend, or copyright notice shall be made in permitted copying.

You agree not to use or attempt to use the Website or any software provided by Property Lifestyle Network Limited unlawfully or harmfully. This includes but is not limited to:

  • HARMFUL ACTS: Any dishonest or unethical business practice, violation of the law, infliction of harm to Property Lifestyle Network’s reputation, hacking, and violation of rights.
  • SPAMMING AND UNSOLICITED COMMUNICATIONS: Zero tolerance for spam and unsolicited communications.
  • OFFENSIVE COMMUNICATIONS: Communications that are sexually explicit, obscene, vulgar, pornographic, offensive, profane, hateful, threatening, defamatory, libelous, harassing, discriminatory, graphically violent, or solicit unlawful behaviour.
  • SENSITIVE INFORMATION: No importing or incorporating sensitive personal, health, or financial information into any contact lists or content uploaded to any website or service connected to Property Lifestyle Network Limited.
  • ILLEGAL BUSINESS ACTIVITY: No promotion of illegal business activities, including illegal drug sales or intellectual property infringement.
  • Additionally, you must follow these best practices for electronic communications:
  • Use only permission-based marketing lists.
  • Include a working “unsubscribe” mechanism.
  • Comply with requests to be removed from mailing lists promptly.
  • Maintain and comply with a privacy policy.
  • Include a valid physical mailing address.
  • Do not send to purchased or rented lists.
  • Do not use third-party addresses without permission.
  • Do not disguise the origin of communications.
  • Do not send chain letters, pyramid schemes, or messages that encourage forwarding to strangers.
  • Do not employ harmful sending practices or have high message delivery rates that could harm our services or users.
  • Do not send messages considered junk mail.

You agree to conduct yourself and your business in full compliance with all applicable laws.

SECTION 3 – OUR PRIVACY POLICY AND YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We respect your privacy and the protection of your non-public, personal information. Your submission of personal information through the Website is governed by our Privacy Statement, which can be viewed at https://www.propertylifestylenetwork.co.uk/privacy. Property Lifestyle Network reserves the right to modify its Privacy Statement from time to time. The Privacy Statement is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

SECTION 4 – INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE; REGISTRATION; PASSWORDS; PROHIBITION AGAINST HOSTING THIRD-PARTY AGENCY ACCOUNTS

As a Property Lifestyle Network user, you must create an account through Property Lifestyle Network training programs hosted on Skool.com. You warrant that the information you provide is truthful and accurate. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and agree not to transfer your password or username. Unauthorized use of your account must be reported immediately. Property Lifestyle Network is not liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with these obligations.

SECTION 5 – ORDER PLACEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE

Payment must be received before an order is accepted. We may require additional information and can cancel or limit an order at any time. Your electronic order confirmation does not signify acceptance of your order. To modify or cancel a pending order, contact support@propertylifestylenetwork.co.uk immediately. We cannot guarantee modifications.

All items are subject to availability. We will notify you of any delays and may offer alternatives. If you do not wish to substitute, we will cancel your order and refund your payment. We reserve the right to limit sales to any person, region, or jurisdiction.

Prices are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP).

SECTION 6 – REFUNDS FOR OUR TRAINING PROGRAMS

Refunds for Property Lifestyle Network Limited related programs must be requested within fourteen (14) days of purchase by emailing support@propertylifestylenetwork.co.uk. If the request is timely, we will refund the total cost less a 2% processing fee. Refunds are not provided under other circumstances. Chargebacks are subject to a finance charge and reimbursement of all damages and legal fees.
You must delete and return any downloaded materials immediately upon refund.

SECTION 7 – PAYMENT / SUBSCRIPTION TERMS AND AUTOMATIC PAYMENT

Users are responsible for all payments due for their subscription. Payments are due monthly unless otherwise specified. Payment details are collected securely. Payments will be automatically processed on your designated payment date. To cancel, email support@propertylifestylenetwork.co.uk at least ten (10) days before the next subscription month.
Unpaid accounts may be terminated, and users will be liable for all collection costs.

SECTION 8 – DISCLAIMER – YOUR BUSINESS’ INDIVIDUAL RESULTS WILL VARY

Results vary based on individual business factors. Property Lifestyle Network does not guarantee business success, rental income, or sales. Our products and services are not a “get rich quick” scheme. You should purchase with the understanding that results depend on your effort and market conditions. Consult your accountant, attorney, or financial advisor for legal and financial advice.

SECTION 9 – YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES IN RUNNING YOUR BUSINESS

You warrant that you operate a property or business as a principal or authorized agent and will not misrepresent any property, business, or individual. This includes avoiding false or misleading representations regarding properties or businesses.

SECTION 10 – CLIENT CONDUCT

You agree to conduct yourself in a respectful and professional manner during consultations, workshops, training, or any interactions with Property Lifestyle Network or its affiliates. Any form of disrespect, unprofessional behaviour, harassment, or abuse towards, Property Lifestyle Network staff, or other clients is prohibited. Failure to comply with this policy may result in the termination of services without a refund.

SECTION 11 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OWNERSHIP

Property Lifestyle Network retains ownership of all intellectual property rights in the training materials, programs, documents, software, and any other content provided. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the materials for your personal business use only. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of the materials is prohibited.

SECTION 12 – USE OF TESTIMONIALS AND RESULTS

You grant Property Lifestyle Network permission to use any testimonials, results, or feedback you provide in marketing materials, advertisements, and promotional activities. This may include your name, business name, and any images or videos you share, unless you explicitly request in writing not to use your information.

SECTION 13 – CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT

You agree to keep all proprietary and confidential information shared during consultations, workshops, and training sessions confidential. This includes, but is not limited to, business strategies, client lists, pricing information, and any other sensitive information. Unauthorized disclosure of such information may result in legal action.

SECTION 14 – DATA PROTECTION AND SECURITY

Property Lifestyle Network is committed to protecting your personal data and privacy. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of your data. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of any login credentials or passwords associated with your account.

SECTION 15 – TERMINATION AND SUSPENSION OF SERVICES

Property Lifestyle Network reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Website and services at any time, without notice, for any violation of these Terms or any conduct deemed detrimental to Property Lifestyle Network Limited. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Website and delete any downloaded materials.

SECTION 16 – DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND GOVERNING LAW

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration, in accordance with English law. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales for any arbitration proceedings. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law.

SECTION 17 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Property Lifestyle Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Website or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services.

SECTION 18 – FORCE MAJEURE

Property Lifestyle Network shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, wars, government actions, or any other force majeure event.

SECTION 19 – MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS AND SERVICES

Property Lifestyle Network reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, without prior notice. Continued use of the Website and services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically for any changes.

SECTION 20 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other agreements or terms referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Property Lifestyle Network Limited. Any prior agreements, understandings, or representations are hereby superseded and of no effect.

SECTION 21 – SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

SECTION 22 – WAIVER

The failure of Property Lifestyle Network Limited to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of its right to do so in the future. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Property Lifestyle Network Limited.
